We are committed to 100% customer satisfaction. In an unlikely event if a product is damaged or not working properly, contact us to organise return or refund possibility. Please attach pictures of the fault so that the item can be assessed accordingly. If you have simply changed your mind, we will exchange the product if the goods are in the original unused condition with original packaging intact. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping to our warehouse in Australia and shipping cost for the replacement to NZ. If refund is requested instead, then our actual initial shipping cost would be deducted from your refund amount.
For health reasons, Pillows, Quilts, Protectors are not returnable.
We offer a 30-day return on most of our products.
