Returns
We sent the wrong item:
If we have sent the wrong item to you by mistake, we will send the correct item with the prepaid return courier bag so you can send the wrong item back to us. You need to send the photos to us so we can see what is the problem and solve the issue quickly.
Bought wrong item/Change your mind:
If you have bought the wrong item by mistake and want to exchange, we can exchange the item but the refund will not be issued. You can exchange with any item with the same price or higher in 5 working days from the date of delivery. You will pay an extra amount if the exchange item price is higher than your current item. You will pay postage for returning the item in the same original packaging to us and also pay postage for the new exchange item being sent to you.
Received Broken/Damaged Item:
If you have received a damaged item, please contact us asap and send us photos of the item and we will guide you through the process after that. We will send you the replacement item or issue a refund if the item is not in stock.
Faulty Items:
If the products have manufacturing faults when they are delivered to you, please email us within 5 days of delivery and we will arrange to replace the faulty product(s) at no additional cost to you.
We will replace or repair the items where possible and refunds will only be offered where a replacement is not available or it can't be repaired
