Shipping
We send all of our items on CourierPost. CourierPost do cost a little more, but they have a very extensive delivery network—because even those in the far reaches of Aotearoa need bits and pieces for their lifestyle! We send out orders every weekday, and shipping generally takes one to two working days and rural addresses might take two to four days.
They also delivery to Post Office boxes if that is more convenient for you. We have been using CourierPost for over 3 years now and they haven’t missed a beat.
We’re a small team, but we attempt to get your purchases to you as soon as possible.
If you realise after hitting “Buy Now” that you chose the wrong item or your address was incorrect, email us as soon as you can. Our packages go out the door fast, but if you can catch us quickly we’ll happily change the order for you. If there’s an additional cost, the item won’t be shipped until this is paid.
There will be shipping options listed at the bottom of each listing. Please choose carefully—if you don’t pick the option which best suits your address, shipping may be delayed.
Shipping costs differ from product to product and we even offer free shipping on some products
