Shipping Cost
Shipping cost is specified in each listing.
Shipping Method
We use NZ Post for small items, and freight company for bulky products.
Shipping Times
Most orders are dispatched on the next 1-2 working days. We deliver via a tracked courier service - once your order is dispatched you will receive an email with a link to track the status of your order with our delivery partner.
Restrictions
Packages do not ship on public holidays. Please allow additional delivery times of up to 5 business days, if your order is placed within two days of public holidays.
Please note that orders placed after 6pm on a Thursday may not be dispatched until the following Monday. Weekends and all Public holidays are not classed as a business day. All orders will be processed on the first available business day.
