Shipping
IMPORTANT INFORMATION: If you are asked to sign for your goods on delivery please check contents before signing. NO claims for breakage can be lodged after goods have been signed for. If goods are being sent to a relatives or work address please make sure to give recipient permission to check contents before signing for your package. Please be aware that if you have an existing ‘authority to leave’ with Fastway couriers we will not be able to claim for breakages under any circumstance.
Combined shipping
We are happy to combine shipping. If paying by bank deposit please email us with the auction numbers that you have won and we will let you know the combined shipping price. If paying by credit card please select and pay for shipping on all items and we will refund the difference when goods have been packaged and sent.
Addresses
Addresses must be sent through Trademe. No exceptions. If using a smartphone app this can be done by logging onto ‘Touch Trademe’ if not offered as on option on the app you are using.
If you have moved please take the time to update your address on Trademe prior to sending it through, we will not accept address changes by email, no exceptions.
Rural areas
If there is a choice of shipping on your auction(s) please make sure to select the correct option if you are rural. Rural is not limited to RD addresses, if you are unsure please check on the website www.addresscheck.co.nz
All addresses are checked online prior to goods being sent, so if the correct shipping option has not been selected this may result in a delay whilst we arrange full payment. If you are unwilling to pay the correct postage we reserve the right to send your goods to you c/- your local Fastway depot, and will email you a tracking number so that you can make arrangements to collect your goods from your nearest branch.
Non delivery claims
NZ post and our courier company have a limited time period for non delivered items. Please contact us between 7 and 10 days after making full payment if goods have not yet arrived. Non delivery claims over 14 days will be rejected by NZ post and our courier company, no exceptions, so it is important to communicate with us if goods have not been received with 7-10 days.
