HOW LONG WILL SHIPPING TAKE?
Standard Shipping: Your order will take 7-10 business days to be delivered to you via Australia Post International Pack + Track. Shipments to regional or remote areas may take longer.
 
All orders received before 2pm Monday - Friday (except Australian public holidays) will be dispatched the same day. Orders received after 2pm will be dispatched the next business day.
 
During peak Christmas times, deliveries may take longer. Please note, on rare occasions customs agents may delay the delivery of some packages and cause a delivery delay that Tecsun Radios Australia takes no responsibility for.
 
HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
Tecsun Radios Australia offers standard delivery to all addresses in New Zealand for $25.00.
 
Occasionally, Tecsun Radios Australia will offer Free Shipping to New Zealand. All orders will be dispatched via Standard Australia Post International Pack + Track.
 
Your order may incur GST, customs charges and duties charged by the NZ Customs Service. These charges must be paid by the recipient directly to the NZ Customs Service. Tecsun Radios Australia is not responsible for and will not reimburse any of these costs.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a tracking number by email that you can use to follow your order’s shipment.

WILL I NEED TO PAY GST, CUSTOMS DUTIES & CHARGES?
Orders shipped to New Zealand for an amount more than of NZ$400 including shipping charges may incur GST, customs charges and duties. You should refer to the New Zealand Customs Service's What's My Duty? Estimator to calculate charges that may be due.
 
It should be noted that separate orders placed on the same day may be subject to New Zealand GST, charges and duties.
 
These charges will be charged by the New Zealand Customs Service once the parcel reaches its destination port and must be paid by the recipient directly to the New Zealand Customs Service. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and Tecsun Radios Australia will not reimburse customers for these import costs or provide a refund or credit for any order if a customer refuses to pay them.
