Faulty products

 
We want you to have peace of mind that you are buying a product of the highest quality. To back up this promise we offer a 6 Month Replacement Warranty on all items. This warranty covers any faults that occur in the first 6 months that are NOT caused by the treatment of the phone. The buyer must send the device back to us for evaluation prior to replacement being provided.
 
If the phone is found to be damaged in any way (e.g. physical, water, non-manufacturer software) it will be returned without refund. Please go to our website, contact us via TradeMe or email customer.support@certifiedtechdirect.com.au if you wish to make a warranty claim.
 
All returns are processed within 5 working days of receipt at our Returns Department. Please ensure you include your Trade Me user ID, order number and the reason for the return. This will allow us to process your return as soon as possible.
