If you aren’t delighted with the phone you receive we want to know about it and make sure that you are.
That is why we offer a 30 day customer satisfaction guarantee. If you aren’t entirely happy with your purchase when you receive it then you just need to get in touch and we will give you a return authority number to use when sending the device back. The cost of sending the device back must be covered by the buyer and the refund will be equal to the price of the good (excluding any shipping cost).
