Payments


I’ve bought something. What now?
 
Once your auction has closed you will be automatically be emailed a summary of your purchase along with payment options. Please confirm your delivery address and if you have any questions regarding your purchase, or need to advise us of a colour or size choice, don’t hesitate to get in touch by phoning 0800 CAMP OUT or 07-829-8476.
 
Once we receive your payment we will send your order via CourierPost on a ‘Signature Required' ticket. If you’re not home during the day it may be an idea to provide us with a work address to make your delivery faster. Once your order is processed we will email you your tracking number so you can follow its progress on its way to you. We expect delivery within the North Island to be 1-3 working days, and up to 5 working days for orders heading to the South Island.
 
NB: If you are a rural delivery customer it may take an additional 1-2 days for your order to arrive. To avoid delays, please provide us with a non-rural delivery address.
 
How can I pay?
 
Payments can be made in any of the following ways.
 
Trademe Store:

PayNow, or Internet Banking (bank details below)
 
Collection from store: Cash, EFTPOS, Visa, Visa Debit, Mastercard, Q Card or Farmers card. (Q Card & Farmers customers will need to provide us with their card details.)

NB: To ensure the prompt processing of your order and to avoid shipping delays, please put your auction reference number and name in the reference section shown on the order. Payments made without a reference or incorrect information cannot be processed immediately and could potentially be delayed until payment details are clarified.
