Returns
All items are to be returned to BRAUMACH for testing. BRAUMACH will test all items returned under its warranty terms. A replacement item will be dispatched for any item found to be faulty as stated under Terms. Should said item/s be deemed in operational and working order, buyer will be responsible for return postage costs. Refunds will only be given to items received in a timely manner and packed in the same packaging they were originally sent. Items that have been damaged in any way will not receive a refund. Item must be in a resalable state.
