| | Great to hear you are happy with our comms & the goods, but very sorry to hear shipping was a bit slower than expected, after having a look at shipping notes it looks like travel was disrupted during all the bad weather we had in Feb, so major delays with the ferry crossings, even when the ferry's are back operating there can be several days of further delays to clear the backlog of trucks which was the main cause for delayed delivery.. |

unfortunately the kitset was missing a set of drawer runners so I had to go to mitre10 for that. also, one of the drawers had 2x right hand sides and no left so had to get creative in making that work.
disappointing that the supplier got it a bit wrong when packing the kitset. it came together on the end and the child is thrilled. I would still recommend this trader. |

| | So sorry to hear you had a couple of mis-packed parts by the factory, if we had known I could have sent these out to you, but this feedback is the first we have heard of any issues so we didn't really get a chance to put it right which we could have done so by overnight courier.

| | Sorry to hear you had a few issues with assembly, as a general rule we don't have many sets at all with misaligned holes as all done on templates via machines but I guess the odd one can slip through for sure, oh the joy of kitset furniture sometimes can be fun & a challenge, but great to hear you got there in the end..
