What if the product I ordered is out of stock?
We try our absolute best to keep our stock online up to date, but on the odd occasion it might not line up to what is on the shelf in store. If the product you ordered is out of stock, we will contact you immediately to offer an alternative. If nothing else is suitable, we’ll offer a full refund of the purchase price.
How do I cancel an order?
If you have placed an order in error, please contact us as soon as possible and we will be happy to refund this for you. You can reach us on 073787779.
I’m really keen on an item but you are showing out of stock. Are you able to order it in for me?
We love to help wherever possible. Sometimes a certain item in a certain size might sell through really quickly when it reaches us in store – just get in touch with us and we might be able to set one aside for you. Contact us any time and we’ll see how we can help! You can reach us 073787779.
How soon will you dispatch my order?
We aim to dispatch most orders within 24 hours (Monday to Friday). If there is likely to be any further delay than this, we will be in contact to advise you of your updated estimated dispatch time.
What if I decide I don’t like what I ordered?

How do I purchase air rifles, firearms or ammunition?
As these items are age or license restricted, you will be required to complete a Firearms Mail Order Form before we can release the goods. We will supply you with the necessary paperwork once your order is confirmed.
