Warranty and Returns

 
If your purchase has a problem PLEASE contact us ASAP so we can work with you to resolve it. Often problems can easily be resolved via e-mail and our knowledgeable team are here to help - customer satisfaction is our priority! Placing negative feedback without contacting us first does not solve anything.
 
Warranty Policy:
  • All purchases come with a warranty period specified on the appropriate product listing
  • Our warranty basis is RTB (return to base). RTB means you are required to cover the costs to ship the goods back to us, and we will cover the costs to ship the repaired or replaced product back to you
  • Warranty only covers product defects caused by workmanship and/or internal faults
Warranty does not cover the following:
  • Free gifts 
  • Physical damage and/or impact damage
  • Water or liquid damage
  • Unauthorised repairs and/or opening of any products
  • Products not purchased from us – where-possible, we record product serial numbers
  • Faults in goods which require a professional installation and the work is carried out by someone not qualified (proof and verification of professional installation is required for such warranty claims – such as an invoice and/or letterhead)
  • Any other forms of negligence and/or other user-caused faults
Under these circumstances, any warranty will automatically become void.
Business Purchases
  • Please note that the Consumers Guarantee Act does not apply to business purchases
Returns:
  • All returns must first be approved by our friendly team
  • For returns to be accepted ALL original product packaging and any included spare parts and/or accessories must be included
  • We suggest returns are made via Courier and that the goods are well protected – we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged returns
  • We aim to inspect all returned products within 5 working days of receipt. If a defect is found we will either repair or replace the product
Refund Policy:
 
We will not refund you just because:
  •  You simply 'change your mind' and/or don’t want the item any more
  • The item was 'not what you expected it to be' or 'not what you imagined it to be'
We will however meet all of our obligations under the Consumers Guarantee Act and either repair or replace faulty goods.
