All Fish Master Kayaks and Winner kayaks come with 5 years RTB warranty for Kayak Hull unless stated otherwise in auction. Other Kayaks come with 1 year RTB warranty.
All SUPs, including inflatable sup, fiberglass epoxy sup and hybrid sup come with 1 year RTB warranty unless stated otherwise in auction.
All accessories and replacement parts come with 90 days RTB warranty.
Damages by impact, customer misuse and normal wear and tear are not covered.
Even the strongest paddles and SUPs could snap in half by big impact like when surfing waves. There is no warranty in this industry to cover snapped boards. We will not replace them if they suffered a breakage or heel dent. In such case please talk to us and we will see what we can do to minimize your loss.

The 7 day period starts from the date of delivery or collection. Items must be received back before the end of the 7 day period. All return items must come back in unused or as new, re-saleable condition in original packaging. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, the best thing to do is contact us and we'll be happy to do our best to resolve any issue.
