This auction is for a digital collection of clear, colourful and appropriately illustrated reading task cards, to assist you in making your own Junior Reading Taskboard (year 0 to 3).

While the illustrations add interest, colour and life to a taskboard, they also provide our youngest of learners with the visual cues needed to really get your classroom reading rotations running smoothly.

You might like to use these task cards to jazz up your existing taskboard or to create a new one using your classroom whiteboard, wall space or sourced plastic sign card or board made of polyprop plastic (I get mine from Books and More).

Once you’ve decided what to attach your cards to, all you need to do is print out the file (you might not want all of the pages in the file, so select before printing), laminate, cut out and attach to your taskboard using Velcro hook & eye spots (or adhesive magnetic tape if you’re using your whiteboard).

There are a total of 54 activity cards, 5 different ‘teacher’ task card looks (3 females & 2 males), one set of grouping cards (insects) and word signs (reading taskboard, reading, must do, can do).

This is a fantastic investment for your classroom organisation & management. Keep the file saved to your personal computer and reprint to replace cards over time!
