2007 KTM 625SXC ‘Adventure’

This is the second SXC I’ve built up as an ‘Adventure’ bike. A lot of time and money has gone into setting this bike up and it is a fantastic back country adventure bike but also excellent on the road. Light, powerful and very responsive. It is only reluctantly for sale as it has been seldom used and I have too many toys taking up the limited garage space available. I won’t be sad if it doesn’t sell ;) so no silly offers please.

Britannia Composites Lynx front fairing fitted which provides a proper dash, adjustable windshield and decent Hella head lights with head light protectors not to mention some weather protection.

Safari 17 litre fuel tank giving a 300+ km range

Michelin Sirac tyres approx ½ worn.

Seat has been reshaped to lower it and increase comfort by Rider seats/McDonald Motor Trimmers. I’ve ridden this bike to Invercargill and Nelson in complete comfort. A vast improvement on the standard seat.

Kouba-Link lowering links are fitted which in conjunction with the lower seat profile allow me to comfortably get my feet on the ground. I’m 5’9. The standard links come with the bike.

SW Motech detachable pannier racks for Givi panniers are fitted. These have a quick release fitting and can be removed in under a minute. There is also a Givi monokey top box mount fitted.

Suspension has been set up by Linton at Dirt Action and the bike has just had a full service by them.

There’s a Wolfman front fender bag and new spare tube included. The clutch lever was broken when I got the bike. There’s a spare lever which I’ve never bothered to fit included. Current ‘shorty’ lever works fine.

Also comes with the bike stand and a box of other spares that include 2 more new tubes, oil filters, air filter etc. KTM satchel with original manuals and ½ the original broken rego plate :)
