• Nostalgic and interesting as the book refers to such things as revolutionary home electrical appliances like washers, refrigerators, fans, cleaners, heaters, and irons as well as the luxury of electrically heated hot water.
• You can learn how to avoid electric shock and to read an electricity meter.
• And recipes to cook using all those marvellous gadgets, e.g. Marble Cake, Chicken Croquettes, Butter Nut Creams, Apricot Conserve, Rich Bread, Tea Cakes and more…
