I owned this car for 10 years. During the day this is a comfy and economical ride. But at night with a flick of few switches it turns into a Night Club On Wheels!

Ambiance: neon, black light, three strobes, LEDs, backseat and underbody lights. Lights flash to the beat of the music, come on when doors open, etc, controlled via a custom switch panel.

Sound system upgraded to JVC MP3 CD headunit. Speakers upgraded to 4 pairs of 6.5" components (8 speakers). 2 Subsonic Actuators bolted to driver and passenger seats. 4-channel external speaker outputs added. + Passenger Silencer Button.

Subsonic actuators let you really FEEL the bass. People can't believe there are no subs. With neon pulsing to the beat the experience is something else. I was once told that listening to a good track in this machine is like smoking dope. But no side effects, no ear damage.

External outputs let you connect 2 or 4 speakers and play music outdoors. Very cool for parties on the beach. Can lock car and use stereo remote to control music.

Engine pulls well, gearbox shifts perfectly, aircon cools like new, brakes and tyres are much better than stock, economy is around 8L / 100km mixed driving. Underbody had protective paint applied, great cond. Interior is nice and tidy. I run it on top quality Amsoi synthetic oil and special filter - 1 year service intervals.

Issues: paint deteriorating in places, has faint outlines of removed car signage, slow engine oil drip - top up every 3000km (had this drip for 5+ years).

Engine reconditioned at 136K, cambelt 177K, waterpump 182K, spark plugs 184K, spark leads 208K. Gearbox serviced at 172K. Filters: fuel 185K, oil 211K, air 215K. Battery replaced 2010. Brakes: 209K - new EBC greenstuff performance pads & machined rotors, drums adjusted. Tires: 210K - 4x new Michelin Energy-saving XM1 175/70 + alignment & balance. Shocks: electronically tested at 210K - all 4 working well. Security: central locking remote, blinking red light, hidden ignition killswitch with keys.
