1uz Turbo Kit for surf

I had this kit on my 130 series Toyota Hilux Surf which had a 3 inch body lift fitting so there was clearance for everything to fit. I used an early series one 1uzfe motor which was internally stock. Was sitting on our custom 3 inch mounts and I had one of our motorsport clutch kits with a custom self adjusting internal release bearing unit. I had an extra large custom sump. The vehicle was used to promote the Toyota / Lexus V8 parts and conversion side of our business and now Im moving onto a UCF30 3UZ VVti motor as we are now doing a lot more UCF20/21 and UZS151 1uz VVti V8 motors.
Kit has been used for about 18 months and includes TD07 turbocharger (was brand new when fitted) Right hand exhaust manifold Cross under manifold (under engine/box) with WG fitting Left hand exhaust manifold Plumb back pipe Front pipe with ring type gasket 3 inch intermediate exhaust pipe 34 mm external wastegate Soarer front facing oil filter housing with oil supply welded on Oil supply line in braided hose with external turbo oil filter Air filter LH hot side intercooler pipe Intercooler RH cold side intercooler pipe with BOV fitting Silicone joiners Turbosmart blow off valve Turbo Beanie 8 x 440cc low impedience injectors (same plug as all 1uzfe motors) If I was reusing I would tidy up a few of the parts before fitting.

This setup was controlled by a Red series link Xtreme ECU which triggered the injectors peak and hold. I will be using this ecu to run my 3uz as the link also has the build in drive by wire module. I can supply a tuning map to give you a head start to tune it in your vehicle. I have dyno printouts which show 250rwKW on 10psi and 300rwKW (that’s 300rwHP) on 15psi.
Some of the longer exhaust pipes have been marked and cut to allow easier shipping. Kit was meant to go to the UK but due to the high kiwi dollar and duty charges the buyer was not able to complete the deal. He was very disappointed to miss out.
