Black "Cape Coat" by Sabena - Australian made. Says size L but would fit up to at least 24 if not more. 1 Button on top with 'flick" scarf effect. Measurements-very difficult to mesaure but here goes: Front button front to hem 80 Approx 7cm down from button top and fanning across whole garment side to side is around 104. Hope this helps. Coat is in next to new conditon as only been worn twice.
