Up for grabs is my 80's Spector NS2-B 4 String bass. Had this bass since new so a good 25 years+. This one was made under during the Kramer era.

Black, through neck (one piece) construction, rosewood fingerboard with pearl dot inlays and the famous NS body shape. This model has the flatter contoured edge (NS2-B). Has Hazlab MM114 active tome circuit with master volume, Bass Treble and pickup balance

It has had a recent facelift and upgrade (following a few years unused) as follows:

1. New Spector gold locking bridge
2. Gotoh Gold GB7 Tuners
3. Shaller Gold Strap locks
4. Hazlab MM114 Spector 9v tone circuit
5. New strings

(I have all the original black parts + strap as shown in the picture and are included in the sale - excludes the bass stand tho)

This is a quality hand made instrument. Given its age it has had very little play. Its in great condition and a please to play. Straight neck, low action, no fret buzz, no fret wear, pots are clean, etc. Sounds great. There are some very minor surface marks in various places that you can see up close in the light - this is a 25 year old instrument after all - but the pics speak for themselves I think.

It does come with a (free) metal flight case as shown in the picture. However the handle needs repair and the inner foam has perished and needs replacing.

I now have 3 Spectors collected over the years and really sorry to see this one go - but no longer getting played enough to warrant keeping it...
