"Pacific Icon" - 35 ft keeler - price reduced!

“Pacific Icon” was designed and built in 1993 by artist/designer/furniture maker Peter Smith (who has also restored two classic yachts - the Moana and the Rebecca - and designed a number of yacht interiors to a high standard). Supervised by Peter’s boatbuilder brother, she is similar to a Davidson 35 and a Farr 1020 and is a comfortable fast cruising yacht with offshore capability.

Recently we had an issue with two of the deck hatches leaking during driving rain. We had both hatches professionally removed and resealed. Damaged timber in the ceiling around one side of the small galley hatch has been removed and sealed with West system fibreglass and mat, but not filled or painted. There is also softness around the larger dining area hatch and this area will need to be treated in a similar way.

The motor is a Volvo model 2003. 28hp sail drive.
