During this "green light period" you may move around without triggering the siren. THIS GIVES YOU A CHANCE TO LEAVE THE ROOM OR YOUR HOUSE WITHOUT TRIGGERING THE ALARM! After 15 seconds the green light will go out and the unit is in MOTION DETECT MODE. At this point ANY motion within 15 feet will start a 5-second silent countdown. If the unit is not disarmed with the remote control within the 5 seconds the alarm will sound. THIS 5 second countdown allows YOU time to disarm the alarm when you return home or into the area!
