Ernst Rohm dagger,The front of the blade reads Alles fur Deutschland (Everything for Germany).

The reverse side reads In Herzlicher Freundschaft Ernst Rohm (In Cordial Comradeship Ernst Rohm). Marked Rich Abr Herder Solingen & Has a dark brown leather scabbard.

NOTE THERE'S been heated debate as to the originality of this piece & I have been attacked by SO CALLED experts & even put up on a site & belittled.

I AGREE that if this is a fake I will remove it from sale

GIVE ME SOLID VISUAL PROOF not hearsay & Opinion.

Reasons:

1. Dimensions match a similar genuine knife that is on sale for $39,000
2. Blade is Acid Etched & NOT stamped like copies are.
3. The Scabbard is covered in Pig or Similar leather & under 10time magnification Hair follicle holes are clearly visible
4. the handle is NOT Plastic it appears to be a Resin composite as seem on some early Herder knives.

THE PHOTO What I base my opinion on is my knife placed against a Knife that is for at US$39,000 & my knife matches the size & design exactly & the Eagle is in the right position I also researched 2 other that were exactly like mine that sold for 1000 Plus & 1800 plus several years ago.

FINALY I DONT set out to SHONK ANYONE but I am selling things I have collected over 40 years & have 1000's of bits & pieces in my garage so don't attack. Show me ACTUAL proof that what I am listing is FAKE & I will remove it, IS THAT TOO MUCH TO ASK
