Special 25" frame, look at the elaborate brazed bracketry, aluminium full mudguards, GB headset, Shimano 600 brakes, Campagnolo c/r cluster.
I believe this is an earlier frame upgraded some years ago. Has been used in living memory, reportly was an exceptionally nice machine to handle: tyres are all-weather plastic-covered seat included, nicer-looking than the seat in the photo
We're shifting house, surplus to clear.
