Starting line up included Abbercrombie, Mcdowell, Hayden, Whetton X 2, Brook-Cowden, Kirk, Fox, Sherlock, Stanley, Wright, Harris, Kirwin. Reserves for Auckland included Pokere, Fatialofa & Fitzpatrick. Zinzan played in the curtin raiser for the colts.
