CA18DET Wasted Spark Coil Alternative

Wasted spark setup to suit CA18DET engines. Replaces the factory coils with a brand new aftermarket item to eliminate missfires.

The factory coils break down and cause a misfire under boost / high load.

This wastespark setup uses the same coil pack as others available on trademe, but comes with proper 8mm Eagle brand silicone ht leads. Cheap spiral wound leads can cause poor performance.. Have a look on internet forums and you'll find that people have changed to Silicone Leads because the spiral wound leads that come with other wastespark setups cause less than expected performance.

If you've ever priced up a replacment set of factory coils you'll know this around 1/2 the price of a whole set (~$120 Each!)

Leads are the perfect length to put on the firewall above the engine. The leads can be made to have the coil pack inside the car, or wherever.. just ask.
