Land rover 39D (Like V8 109) 1984

This is an Australian Landrover Factory model designated the 39D and commissioned by the Government of the day for the farming industry. It is styled on the V8 109 Model but fitted with an Isuzu diesel motor (4BD1 or 4BC1 engines). It has been used almost exclusively on a South Island Station until recent times when it was brought to Wellington where it has been restored to WOF standard ready for registration. This was not completed because of overseas posting and the vehicle now requires a re-placemnent starter motor and the right hand solid rubber engine mount. The vehicle is very tidy for it's age and stage inside and out and is entirely original. It has been garaged. It is towable or can be transported wherever.
