This auction is for a 'PROLINE' HP300 pump matched to a 6.5HP Honda clone motor made by Mellga Industries of China. I have sold these particular motors for over 5 years now and they are proving to be as good and as reliable as original Honda's if maintained regularly as you would a Honda. The proline pumps are made specifically for the gold mining industry and are computer designed/machined to make sure that their tolerances are nothing but perfect. The running surfaces that can be got at are machine polished to make sure of excellent throughput of water.

SPECIFICATIONS: The output of this pump: HP300 - 280GPM FREE FLOW,

240GPM @ 35PSI,

215GPM @ 55PSI

Intake: 2.5" Discharge 2"

The pumps can vary up to 3%, due primarily to the cleanliness of the castings that cannot be machined, particularly the impeller casting.

These Proline HP300 pumps are of similar size to the older 'Swimjoy or Treasure Emporium pumps and because of the 300's good high end pressure they are capable of driving a 5/8th venturi on a 5" suction nozzle at full tap. Normally they are fitted to 5.5HP motors, but having them matched up to the 6.5hp instead of the 5.5hp they are able to acheive higher revs than the 5.5hp under load and still return good fuel consumption when under this load. These pumps will more than adequately run 3" and 4" dredges and and because of their great pressure are Prolines pump of choice for the 3" power jet dredge and high banking combo dredges.

The picture shows a 6.5HP motor and HP400 pump, alongside of it are the HP300 and HP350 pumps that can be matched to motors or sold on their own.

I have on hand a T80 Thomas air compressor, complete with pulleys, belt and belt gaurd, and able to be fitted to a motor/pump unit, ready for an air supply if wanted for a further $550. I only have one T80 on hand at the moment and it will be sold on a first in basis.

They weigh close to 20kg hence the freight cost.
