This is a stunning fully English hallmarked rare vintage Georg Jensen locket which comes with a substantial 9ct solid gold belcher chain.

The locket is fully hallmarked with the makers name GJLd for Georg Jensen and London 1975.

The chain is also fully English hallmarked and is well matched to this heavy locket. The chain is not Georg Jensen.

The locket measures a huge 55 x 33 mm including the bale for the chain. Beautiful ornate engraved detail to the front as pictured.

The chain is 22 inches long, the links are 4 mm wide and the chain is solid not hollow.

Combined weight is 35.5 grams this is a very heavy locket and chain.

A stunning highly collectible locket from renowned designer Georg Jensen in very good vintage condition, there are light surface marks on the highly polished back of the locket expected for something this old but no dents or damage. The chain is also stunning and a heavy belcher chain. These lockets from Georg Jensen from this era are very rare and especially in this very large size.
