Stunning Tauranga Devonport Road Acrylic Painting By Hans Van Lith
Featuring Early Devonport Road outside the Old Toyworld store looking towards the Now long gone Deka Store - ( which i remember going upstairs to have ham sandwich's at the cafe with my Mum and Nana! )
This is an original Acrylic Painting by award winning artist Hans Van Lith (Deceased) 1932-2011
Hans participated enthusiastically in all the competitions and exhibitions held by the art society and has over the years been the recipient of many awards.
"He won the Carter Brothers Memorial Award in 1996 for the best watercolour painting, the Reg Chalmers Rose Bowl in 1999 for a painting in black and white, the Marge Martin Salver in 2001, 2003, 2004 [and] 2005 for the best Tauranga scene and the Joan Lushington Trophy for pencil drawing in 2009.
His art very rarely comes up for sale.

This is a very well painted piece and is in original frame - The freight price is high due to the size and packaging required to make sure it arrives in original condition
