A rather neat colourful copy art original painting that is signed DG & dated 2012 of an Andre Derain's work entitled 'The Palace of Westminster' as per photos. (camera flashes can lighten up or change its looks, so if exact colours & shades are important to you do not bid or buy)

This is an original artwork copy of a well known internationally famous art work / artist. I think the art work is quite well done. It does look good. Looks to be an oil, as it is quite textured, but could be wrong, could be acrylic, so is sold as is, whatever it is. May be odd little marks or spots, general wear & tear etc, but it is basically fine. Looks to be done on art paper / canvas on hardboard backing or such. It is not glassed. The frame is rustic, rough sawn wood frame with chips, marks, saw marks etc etc but seems good and solid enough to just hang there.
There are many photos to give a good indication of condition, so have a look at all the photos to help you make up your own mind regards its condition, use or interest to you. The frame measures approx 555mm odd x 555mm odd. Inside the frame is approx 483mm odd x 483mm odd and what you can actually see of the artwork itself is just a bit smaller by a few mm odd. A good collectable, presume NZ piece of a great international artwork for the right person or place.
