We used this capsule for 1x baby. It comes with the infant insert cushions and a base for installation in a car.
And also 2x adaptors which can connect the capsule to a Maxi Cosi Stroller (depends which one you have to whether the adaptors would work I think).

Has not been involved in any accidents.
