All cabinets, draws, hinges, draw runners and wooden handles in excellent condition, under sink has a little water damage. All toe kicks and end panels are included (a few had been removed when phots taken but we have them).

Simpson 400ltr bottom mount freezer and fridge, and the Bosch 3/4 size dishwasher not included, but if interested we can negotiate around that.
