It should have a long steel enforced hose and rugged alligator clamps to hook up to power. It should be portable, naturally, but be able to handle a large flow. Diesel transfer pumps that can only handle 40LPM work ok, but a 12 volt dc fuel transfer pump that can handle 80LPM is ideal.
