Fabulous three-quarter to full length TISSAVEL faux fur coat from France.

French simulated faux fur, lovely rich dark brown colour that reflects the light, giving it a lustrous look. Fully lined in a brown satin material with goldfish flora motifs throughout. This coat looks like it was manufactured perhaps around the 1980’s?

Two catch and loop fastenings at the front, two pockets, at the front, lined. Two long straps inside that can attach to a loop at the side of the coat.

Tissavel was founded in France in 1953, became one of the most prestigious faux fur manufacturers. Tag inside lining Tissavel France Genuine French Simulation Fur 62% Synthetics 38% Baumvolle ( translated into high-end natural cotton)

Would suit a size 10, roomy fit, a tad too wide on the shoulders, but only slightly, to a size 12 (on the smaller side of 12) ultimately it is about shoulder and underarm fit, when done up. Shoulder measurement is a regular to wide fit, underarm, plenty of manoeuvrability as a size 10 when done up. There are two series of hooks each, beside each other. The regular hook shown and another black one closer to the edge of the coat, so the coat has two different measurements it can be done up for a larger size (12)

In very good condition, lining all intact, no rips or tears. Faux fur is very good quality, no holes or marks. Really good condition and it is hard to capture, photographs this sort of material as it picks up the light.
