A linear rail kit includes: 2 pieces of 120cm long SBR16 rail shafts (rubber stopper on both sides of the rail) 4 pieces of SBR16UU linear bearings

The rails are made of high-quality carbon steel with aluminum base. Linear bearings are made of bearing steel with aluminum alloy housing.

The kit is perfect for making router sled, circular saw slide guide, panel saw, sliding table, and CNC machine, etc.

100cm, 150cm and 200cm kits are also available, you can find them in my other listings.

New and unused condition, but please read the notes below.

Notes:

• The solid steel rod is heavy and tough, while the aluminum base is light and soft comparatively. So there may be some nicks and dents on the aluminum bases from shipping inevitably. I had to fix them and caused the marks and scratches on them, but they do not affect the function of linear rails at all. I will well protect the linear rails before handing to the courier. But I cannot guarantee no dents made from the shipping to you due to the nature of the materials. You might need to fix the dents - a bench vice and pliers will work.
• The rails might be not perfectly straight when you receive them from the courier, although I have checked and done alignment before sending. But you can easily align them and get straight rails with the help of a level or any long straight items when you install them on a flat surface.
