Exterior walls and the ceiling are insulated with 40mm polystyrene insulation. Front door is custom built from premium pine timber. Three custom built opening windows in rear exterior wall.

I've removed the wheels and had it loaded onto my truck, so the only way to shift it now is with a Hiab. I still have the wheels so if you want to put them back on you can.

Interior is divided into 3 areas. The main room is 1.2m x 2m there is a walk-in wardrobe cupboard that is 1.2m x 1.2m and an entranceway area of 1.1 x 1.1 m (approximately).
Floor is 21mm treated ply, interior walls are 7mm untreated ply. It is 98% complete but does still requires some interior finishing e.g. interior paint, skirtings, floor covering (e.g. lino, carpet?). Main room has door and frame installed but no door handle fitted yet. I will continue with finishing those final details when I have time for it. As that progresses the price will start to increase accordingly.

There is shelving, power points and LED lighting in both the main room and the cupboard. 6 power points in total.

The RCD circuit breaker system provides electrical safety and negates the requirement for an electrical cert.
