When I was a kid, I made an apartment for my Daisy Doll in my dresser. I was 8, so it wasn't stunning, but I wallpapered it, carpeted it, built walls in it, and added Daisy Doll furniture/accessories as I acquired them.

A few years ago, I decided to recreate it, better, as an adult, and as I would have liked it as a kid.

So I bought a second-hand a Barbie house, cleaned it up, renovated it, and added decor. Obviously, I never intended to play with it... I just needed to get the desire to do it out of my system!

Now, someone else can enjoy it, either as an ornament or a toy for a child old enough not swallow small objects. Please note, this is not a toy for toddlers, or children under 8. It is a toy to be played with, admired, and looked after.

It comes with everything shown in these photos, including the two 1:6 scale dolls, assorted shoes/clothing/accessories with some hangers, car & horse (who I have loving restored having had her tail & mane mutilated by her previous owner).

Please note that some of the accessories are fixed in place for design purposes as it wasn't initially intended to be a toy (what's on the walls, in the fridge, vanity, oven & kitchen cupboards). The glue was still drying when I photographed it but has dried now!

I opted for a 1970s theme & colour scheme in line with Daisy Doll by Mary Quant, but it also has shag pile carpet, cork flooring, astro turf, curtains, the iconic 'Tina' print along with other retro art, a fat sleepy dog, and a couple of anachronistic features in the modern wheelie bin and 90s entertainment centre.

The Daisy Doll stuff has been replaced with Barbie stuff, but the loo is vintage 'Sindy', so worth quite a bit on its own.

I painted it cream so you can customise the exterior with your own colours should you wish to.

It is in excellent condition - nothing is broken! And it's about 3ft high by 2ft wide.
