Ladie's Dance top, brand new the size given is XXL/3XL, however it is too small for this: underarm to underarm 47 cm length 55 cm it has good stretch, so may well fit a size 16 it is black, with dark blue lamination on the inside, see last photo brand name was on the packaging that I no longer have, but you can see that it hasn't been worn it finishes with standard elastic band at the bottom
