Not sure how old this gym set is – we bought it from a friend. Looks pretty ‘old school’. Been sitting unused in our garage for a while so time for it to go.

The gym is in good working order. Check out the photos. There are a few small rust marks on it but nothing that affects its operation.

Looking at the manual, all the major components are there: 10 x 12.5 kg weights and the bar. There is an electronic monitor on it but don’t know if this works – we haven’t used it.

There are a range of exercises that can be done on this equipment – aerobic stepper, bench presses, leg extension, leg curls, lat pulldowns, seated butterfly, low pullet exercises etc. – described in the manual.

Dimensions: 170 cm long, 81 cm wide (when arms folded in), 200 cm high.

Back in the day, probably late last century judging by the photos, it cost $1195 on special from Sports World!

Buyer must pick up from Rolleston area and you’ll need a trailer and a couple of able-bodied lifters.
