This rower replicates how you would row in a boat.

the seat height is a bit taller than the conventional rowers. it is 550mm, which makes it easier to get on and off.

this machine is good for improving technique as well as fitness.

it rows differently to the conventional model D / E rowers.

With this rower, your feet move. it takes a couple of minutes to get used to it. but once you do it is easy.

on the conventional models, your feet are fixed, and don't move, you can easily cheat and start pushing off too much with your feet, and start arching your back slightly
