Description: The Callaway X-Forged vintage wedge is the latest from wedge guru Roger Cleveland and it does not disappoint.

The head has lovely smooth lines in a classic shape with some nice modern touches too. This model comes with the Mack Daddy u-shaped grooves (look for the MD on the hosel) and these really give loads of bite, but make sure you take the edge off them on a couple of buckets of range balls rather than your stock of premium balls.

The higher lofted versions above 56 degrees also have the C-grind sole which allows you to really open the face up off tight lies.

Out of the sand, it is fantastic too, as you would expect from a wedge designed by Mr. Cleveland. The vintage version has a lovely finish that will rust over time and stop any glare from the sun.
