Yep that's right, I opened the second bag and used a bunch of it, but it has only been opened a couple times to pour portions of it into another container. So what's left in the bag is sanitary and has barely been exposed to the air outside.
I am selling because I seem to be sensitive to dairy, so going for a non-dairy alternative.
FYI the bag says one serving is 260g but then includes a scoop with no measurements on it. I got a kitchen scale and determined that one serving is about 2.7 scoops.
