Purchased a kids playhouse as a kit-set and built by my husband and father-in-law (who is a builder) in 2019. Painted by my husband. In very good condition with a few knocks and chips as expected from 5 years of use. See photos of roof which has deteriorated but currently still functioning and keeps rain out. Playhouse can be collected from the front of our property, no access issues. Pick up from Meadowbank, Auckland.
