The logo is WMW but that is proving hard to track down . It leads to some military items , and the fact these are green may mean they were military . But thats a bit of a stab in the dark
Interesting set also as the pendulum can be shifted up to click in and work the top scale . See the pics for that .
These measure 260 mm high and are approx 220mm long , the leggs fold up .
