Refund: Seven day refund policy.

*Any damaged or faulty goods should be claimed within 48hours of receiving the goods.

*Refunds can be made within 7 days from the date of purchase upon which a min 10% restocking fee will be charged. Postage costs are non refundable. Goods returned have to be in the same condition they were sent out in. All labels must be retained. Goods must be returned to us at your own cost.

1. We must be notified within 7 days from date of receipt, no refund will be given for any reason after 7 days.
2. No refunds will be given for items that were inspected upon collection from our store.
3. All lost/damaged parcels are to be claimed via the courier company and must be done by you. We are not responsible for lost or damaged orders.
