This is a kiwi classic! A genuine, 1950's, (wedding present of my grandparents) oblong shaped Cheese/Butter Dish
Ceramic/Pottery (?)
Base: Cream/off-white inside, and bottom. Slightly raised corners on base. Sides: DarkGreen/Black base colour with textured/raised pohutakawa looking green and white flowers across sides.
Lid: DarkGreen/Black base colour with textured/raised pohutakawa looking green and off white flowers across the top of the lid, Raised Dark Green/Off-white handle. Inside of Lid Cream/off-white
What looks like; 1 TA (or D) 11/ 44D / 3 written (and set) into base of dish
