Ever wondered what it'd be like to have a note from the very first bundle of New Zealand decimal notes? Well here's a two dollar note, not just from bundle one of a particular signature, but from the absolute first bundle of a whole series - New Zealand decimals!

Virtually Uncirculated and very seldom available - these seem to have mainly gone to Reserve Bank employees at the time, not that notes in the Fleming's first 100 come to light very often. A note with special significance with the 50th anniversary of the introduction of decimal currency in New Zealand coming around in less than a year (D-Day was 10th July 1967).
