For sale is a New Zealand copper one penny trade token issued by Gaisford & Edmonds of Christchurch, 1875. It is listed in the catalogue of New Zealand Coins, Tokens, Bank Notes by William H. Lampard as number 317 and rated as rarity R4 ( scarce ) and also in The John Bertrand New Zealand Coin and Banknote Catalogue. In my opinion I would grade this being very fine but it does have stains front and back. I am offering this sought after token at a low start.
